As a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer I believe that you cannot separate the health of your body from that of your mind! This 12 week program brings together all my experience and training over the last 10+ years and sums up my own personal journey and ethos when it comes to HEALTH & HAPPINESS!
This is a program for those who want to LET GO of the old ways of doing things and learn techniques that will help them cope with the challenges of modern life, whilst at the same time building a body that is strong, agile and capable of handling all of life’s ups and downs!
The focus of this program is NOT about deprivation! It’s less about what you need to get rid of, and more about what you need to add in, enabling you to live a life of health and contentment! And hopefully by way of displacement as we start to add more positive habits to our daily and weekly lives, there is less space for the habits that don’t serve us!
More than anything else though this is a program about self-love and self-care! A reminder to be kind to ourselves and that when we approach our bodies and our health from this perspective we can achieve great things in our lives!
THE FUNDAMENTAL SIX
There are six aspects of wellbeing that the program focuses on that I see as being fundamental to HEALTH & HAPPINESS!
- DAILY BREATHING PRACTICES to help stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system for better relaxation and emotional support!
- LOW INTENSITY MOVEMENT that increase our N.E.A.T or Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Think anything that isn’t sitting and increases your step count to help you maximise your daily energy expenditure!
- STRENGTH TRAINING to build a strong and capable body. Increasing muscle mass and bone density, particular important for females as we get older!
- HABITS BASED NUTRITION COACHING with a focus on mindful eating and consuming nutrient dense and unprocessed whole foods. THIS IS NOT A DIET!!
- YOGA MOVEMENT PRACTICE to improve the quality of our movement. Practices that help develop a deep intrinsic core strength and improve the mobility of the body!
- PRIORITISING QUALITY SLEEP and establishing strategies we can use to improve our sleep! I think so often this is missing from our modern lives!

- Habits Based Nutrition Coaching systematically looking at Mindful Eating, Eating Protein, Eating more Plants, Smart Carbohydrate choices and Eating Healthy Fats
- 3 Month Membership to my Online Yoga studio giving you unlimited access to 5 LIVE yoga classes a week as well as over 100 classes available On Demand
- Accountability and Support from me including monthly video Catch Ups
- Group Support and encouragement from others on the program via our In App group
The TOTAL cost for the full 12 week program is £239. With the possibility on completion if you would like to continue to move to my Online PT package at £49 per month (every 4 weeks). Graduates will also receive a 50% discount for 3 months on the membership subscription to my Online Yoga Studio!
