Since this might be the hottest day of the year in Scotland thought I’d share a breathing practice from yoga to help cool us down!

And Breathe…………….🙏🏼🕉 We skipped the gym this morning ( John’s fault he was sleepy 😴 LoL) So made the most of the lovely sunny morning with a wee outdoor meditation! Sometimes I MOVE, Sometimes I BREATHE (sometimes I watch Netflix and drink wine 😉) It’s all GOOD! 🤗😘 xxx
