Weather permitting this group (max 10) will be run outside on the tennis courts! If the weather is “a bit Scottish” then we will move inside the clubhouse!
This is a friendly, inclusive group and I can accommodate most fitness levels!
The sessions are mostly Circuits / Interval Training using Bodyweight exercises and occasionally resistance bands! I provide the bands but if you have an exercise mat you don’t mind using outside it’s a good idea to bring that!
TUESDAY 9.30am ~ 10.15am
This class runs in blocks of 6 weeks
£30 for Tennis Club Members
£40 for Non-Members
