Katie is a qualified 500hr Experienced Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and has been teaching since 2014. She has studied traditional Hatha Yoga in India and Bali and blends this traditional approach to yoga with her knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, creating classes that are breath focused and accessible to all!

Saturday 11-12.15pm Slow Flow Vinyasa

MINDFUL VINYASA ~ This is a strong asana class where we will flow through dynamic sequences synchronising Breath and Movement. Cultivating a deep connection to your breath this class will invigorate the physical body leaving you feeling warm, while energising the subtle body, allowing you to drop into a deep sense of relaxation and calm!

SLOW FLOW VINYASA ~ A more gentle vinyasa class suitable for beginners. This class is a great place to start and gives lots of options and modifications for everybody in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You will learn to tune in to the sensations of your own breath in your body and experience the sense of relaxation that this provides!
