Katie is a qualified 500hr Experienced Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and has been teaching since 2014. She has studied traditional Hatha Yoga in India and Bali and blends this traditional approach to yoga with her knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, creating classes that are breath focused and accessible to all!


HATHA YOGA ~ A more gentle Hatha yoga class suitable for beginners. This class is a great place to start and gives lots of options and modifications for everybody in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You will learn to tune in to the sensations of your own breath in your body and experience the sense of relaxation that this provides!
SLOW FLOW VINYASA ~ A more dynamic yoga style that synchronises movement and breath! This class is ALL LEVELS but beginners without any injuries or movement impairment are welcome! This class is slightly more physically challenging but still maintains a strong focus on breathing leaving you feeling energised and calm!
YOGA FOR ATHLETES ~ This class is not just for athletes and everybody is welcome! It focuses on improving mobility over flexibility. And creates strength and stability to support athletic performance – and everyday life!
