For most of us MEDITATION is hard! Our minds do not like to be still…….. Yoga offers us many different breathing practices (Pranayama) that are an easier way for most of us to find some STILLNESS! The most simple of which is SAMA VRITTI, even breathing! Simply slowing our breath down to inhale and exhale for 4 counts!
