HOW DO YOU MOVE IN YOUR WORKOUTS? Do you work through all 3 planes of motion? ie Front/Back, Side to Side, Rotational? A lot of people and styles of training get stuck in the Sagittal Plane which is forward and back! Happy Monday! I know many of you are feeling a bit down and unmotivated just now with life during this pandemic! I totally get it! I absolutely believe that Exercise and getting enough sleep are crucial for our mental health! I am enjoying working out hard at the moment but I do understand it’s not for everyone! But it’s crucial to find a way to move our bodies especially at this time of being mostly housebound! I did have to build myself up a bit this morning to get the workout in but I always feel great afterwards! #getmoving #exerciseformentalhealth
